This time I think the 10,032,306 trade was a fund manager rearranging how shares were held. The crossing code was P1XT.
The ASX Market rules on page 69 are a bit confusing but the P1 code appears to relate to instances where a Fund Manager is moving Cash Market Products (a normal listed share?) between two different nominee's that are both on behalf of (managed by) the Fund Manager. I'm guessing therefore that moving the stock between say a growth fund and a balanced fund might create this trade.
