F&P is 18% of their fund.

So at $1.4136 latest NAV, and FHP up 5.14% so far today, then should have added about 1.3c to NAV.....

FPH up 10% ....wow ...thats why I still strongly believe KFL fund managers know much more than us ...at least me ...they pruned MFT and IFT but held full position of FPH @ 18% ...they sure did very well !!!

KFL NAV @ 29-12-23 = $ 1.3082

KFL NAV @ 28-8-24 = $ 1.4252 Plus 2 dividends of 2% each ...total returns so far ...8.94 + 4 = 12.94% while NZX50G YTD = 6.27% ...some outperformance

KFL underperforms on way down and outperforms on way up ...as holds growth stocks !!

So far FPH was the star ...but IFT / MFT / SUM / AIA / EBO / CEN etc can join sometime in the future to widen this outperformance gap ...hopefully


BRM NAV @ 29-12-23 = $ 0.7534

BRM NAV @ 28-8-24 = $ 0.7849 plus 2 dividends 0f 2% each ...total returns so far 7849/7534 + 4 = 8.2% while ASX200 +5.8% ...

ASX200 + 5.8% YTD vs NZX50 +6.27% KFL + 12.94% vs BRM + 8.2%

Should clear the doubts which is doing better !!!

Maybe ASX200 will pick up when their rates scene improves ahead ?

SP on 3-01-2024 was $ 1.21 ...if u talking of market returns then its 1.31 / 1.21 plus 4 = 12.26 % ...not too far away from NAV returns as discount remains similar so far ...added attraction as at some point ahead it will reduce like before then market returns may become better then NAV returns
