Cancelling the ferries will waste around 1bn - non-existent? Nothing to do?

Ferries that were not suited to working their way through the Marlborough Sounds and required at least 2 billion more in spending on infrastructure? Those ferries?

Ferries without rail will stuff transport for decades. I have posted on that before.
Light rail - the real issue was the tunnels. They could have, and should have, been removed and used the 100% surface option. National could have done that but they prefer roads. Everyone knows that roads just congest - double the size and they still congest.

The cycle bridge was nutty but that wasn't what I was talking about. What's National's plan for a 2nd harbour crossing?

Expecting the coalition to fix in 18 months, the worst 6 years of government this country has suffered is a little unreasonable IMHO.
