Keep this up & Welly will have more leaks, spurts, gushers & geysers than RotoVegas, so should really be renamed & each of the new features given a name for inclusion on the next Welly tourist map of local attractions, noteworthy holes and champions of the hole fixing top brass, incase someone falls in one.

But the Show stopper managed to trump that many times over & just show up the frantic program of scrambling to plug the holes and gushers as they pop up .. for what it really was

What now ? - sell tickets to a new monthly Mayoral ball & p!ss up to pay for it all so the WCC rates don't need to get catapulted up off the wall through the ceiling into the airspace above Mayoral chambers ..

Why don't you just put in a frantic large order to replace the lot & be done with it, seeing as fixing the leaks has been so unsuccessful ?

The folk of Welly really need a good Mayoral pocket ripping message to wake them up in a hurry to the scale of the Capital's large leaks problems and how successful Council's past attempts to get on top of it has been to date
