I think it's pretty obvious by my posts re experience. Just say things goes wrong & I'm not suggesting they will, could this be deemed as a negligent appointment due to lack of qualifications or experience?

Although it's a great way to create a job for yourself.

The current shareholder base is prepared to give it a crack with their cash.
It would be hard to attract the expertise you are asking for without fronting with a higher income package and certainty of Long term success.

I think what he's done since taking the reins compared to his predecessor's 10 years of "progress" speaks for itself
