I think NTL are initially looking to outsource the mining side to Terra Firma. So no real mining experience required. It is a small company with a small board, but Richard Tacon has extensive mining experience so John should be able to "lean in" if required?

They have terra firma for that, I think his background in construction project management is perfect experience for this sort of operation. Construct a plant, move dirt, truck things around, coordinate various parties, sounds just like construction PM to me
