Default Back and need a broker

Hi after having a break from share trading for ten plus years I have been thinking it's time to test the water again . The last broker I used was Direct Broking ( who are now Jarden Direct ?). So to get started I need a broker that I can trade NZX and ASX,that has market depth, trade plus three, trailing stop loss, and access to charts .

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Cheers

For me CMC Markets in Aus then you can invest in pretty much all the major markets and if your trade enough you can be upgraded to preferred client with your own broker contact which I really like when it come to taking care of Rights or option exercising or getting funds transferred etc

Not sure what kind of budget you have to invest. But if you are at the higher or lower end you might like to look at Sharesies. They have a cap on fees at $5US, $15AUS, $25NZ. Great for larger trades. Likewise if you are buying tiny amounts they are effective there as well with no minimum charge. So you can buy say $200 worth and only pay a couple $ in brokerage. You can purchase NZ AUS USA shares via Sharesies and access various EFTs. They have a built in on-call savings account which you can park funds in until you are ready to buy something. Interest rate is currently 4.60% there.
