    lower rates will mean the rental yield on the vero centre becomes more valuable. the property will become more valuable is the silver lining of no sale. there prop are premium less affected generally by downturn

    The deal went down the dunny, but as long as they put the toilet seat down at Vero, things should pan out OK.

    The economy is hardly in free fall- sure it’s tough out there but free fall is way too pessimistic.
