The deal went down the dunny, but as long as they put the toilet seat down at Vero, things should pan out OK.

The problem is that the economy is in free fall, and even if interest rates start getting cut tomorrow, there is a lag for that to take effect (just as it did on the upside). IMO we are gonna have a big demand side problem shortly.

The economy is hardly in free fall- sure it’s tough out there but free fall is way too pessimistic.
