Kiwibank should buy HGH and grow there business from here. HGH runs very lean so wouldn't be hard to merge the two together. The fact that HGH are already well established in Aust makes total sense to me.

Maybe, but would compliment one and other especially given Kiwibank wants to grow. Nothing wrong with diversifying your product.

Yes I read it. Whos to say Super Fund/ACC cant buy 50% off Govt then inject the capital??? Or wait do a capital raise. After all don't we have capitalist's in government who like to see money well placed to grow returns for future generations?
