The extension Seadra Energy had on that option to purchase some of the old plant expires early July, some $34 mil (US)
Will be interesting to see if they take it up…
I thought it was discussed at the time that one of the potential outcomes of CHI becoming fuel distribution only was that the big oil companies would sell out…once they had secured their long term contracts with CHI, which I understand they have done, Mobil went first, now BP,
It makes sense to me, they were tied in for security they now don’t need? Free up the cash?
