EPS growth higher than any others in the sector for FY20 they say, pretty bold statement to make... even the Net Asset Value (ie "rock bottom value" of $1.38) is higher than the current share price (I think ARV only listed operator to have a share price lower than their NAV)
What a dog ol' ARV is, boring double digit EPS and dividend growth in the year(s) ahead... not sure why it has tanked big time from $1.40 (a record high) to $1.37 (near a record high)
