Their story is that they had problems to get these new toys they installed before Christmas to run ... and had to introduce three shifts during the busiest time of the year to keep up with demand. They still made the revenue growth but had to pay lots of overtime to make it ...
So, yes - we do know why their NPAT dropped - and (unless you have better information) I don't see why we should not believe them. Sounds like a one-off problem to me.
