Well I've never used the product, but from all accounts it seems good & they obviously have had a strong uptake in NZ & Australia.
I'm not a huge fan of the management.
I admire Rod Drury in some ways as its obviously a major thing he is trying to pull off.
He reminds me very much of some of the mining barons I have met over the years.
The best sales people in the world.
However they have a habit of making billions or going bust.
What I don't like is the valuation & what I believe & obviously others disagree, but its the over exuberance of RD & the expectations he provides that imo are far & above what has been delivered, in the US particularly.
Mikeybycrikey, I think your forecasts are pretty much on the money, maybe even a little conservative.
However you are right it certainly doesn't justify the current valuation, in fact more like where the SP leapt from a couple of weeks ago of around $15
Yeah what's $3-400M between friends when you are already losing money. ;-)
Bain Capital might try & value MYOB at A$2.5-3Bln, but that doesn't mean they will get it.
I have my doubts although they did make A$70M EBITDA...
Not sure what their depreciation might be worth, but as they have been around a long time, probably not as high as XRO.
Mark Cuban is absolutely convinced we are in a tech bubble worse than the last one.
I wouldn't necessarily say that as at least this time some companies are making good money, but I think he is referring to companies that aren't but are on ridiculous valuations. If he's right, it doesn't matter if XRO has a good product, its valuation will come plummeting down to reality with all the others.

XRO is being dropped from the ASX All Ordinaries - on 20th March.

I believe in this company especially if you read something like this from an employee, even if this is only half truth which I believe is not.
