Hellllooooooo is there anybody out there? There must be someone out there willing to share some words of wisdom? :)
Analyst says “positive aspects significantly out weigh the negative aspects”
On that basis I will taking up my full allocation just as soon as the papers arrive. Will look to buy more at current prices.
So this will be a no growth Co?
"This is comprised of
Plexure’s forecast revenue for the financial year ended 31 March 2022 of $NZ30.3 million"
https://stocknessmonster.com/announc...x1.nzx-378135/
2021 " • Revenue from existing customers up 15% to $29.15 million "

Disclosure : took the loss earlier & sold
Plexure stuff all revenue growth in F22 but jeez TASK going to grow revenues from the $12m they’ve been doing for a few years to $29m. From the report -
2022 Revenue Forecast
The forecast for the 2022 financial year is for a substantial increase in revenue by A$15.0 million (123%) to A$27.3 million.
The forecast increase is primarily driven by the expected conversion of a substantial pipeline of opportunities. The sales pipeline is largely based on opportunities which are either closed and in deployment, near-close or in active discussions.
And
Achievement of the sales pipeline is dependent on a number of factors including converting opportunities, timing of sales and length of deployment (particularly impacting SaaS).
OMG, all I can say is I hope that TASK people don’t talk up things like Plexure have been doing for years.
Otherwise this is all going to end up in tears
Maybe Sky Stadium deal (bringing in zillions eh) is a sign that the ‘pipeline’ exists
I find it intriguing that the previous ceo Craig did not hold any shares while in the position but now he has exercised the option to hold 1million shares after he has left the role. Not sure what to make of it. Is that a sign of a more positive future for Plexure!?
Not sure which analyst you are referring to.
It is however worthwhile noting that analysts who look into such small companies typically have a conflict of interest. You know: "never bite the hand which feeds you :) ";
Anyway - I would take this recommendation with a truckload of salt ...
