It's obvious that Martin and Marko have had casual talks. That's why Martin slipped up and said energy as Infratil have Trust Power and they could offer that as part of a bundle.

Noticed that Martin doesn't speak.
The chair only says that no offer has come forward yet. He talks about consolidation and is open if a formal offer was received. He doesn't rule out that he has had causal talks with anyone. Seems very coy about it all. Just look at the body language.
