Don't worry about our friend Moosie, lots of noise, not always right but fun to have around :)

I think another interesting point is the relationship they have built (William McQui in particular), it has taken over 2 years to build this relationship. I think it's quite an impressive facet for them to really get infront of an organisation like Sinopharm and potentially have their support in China. That can only help them with further growth strategies into other countries possibly?
As Simla said, it seems to be all good news right now. We're not expecting stellar sales for this next announcement - most of us just hoping for good news on profitability in the next 12-24 months, and signs that revenues are increasing and markets opening up. For me, the new investors and China potential are massive.
This stock has been priced as a 'failure' for so long, any signs of life will re-rate it. I think the ODT likes to label Blis as a "struggling biotechnology company" and remind readers of its compounded losses over the years. I note that today's article is missing those comments - maybe a sign that even the nay-sayers are starting to see the potential a successful relationship with Sinopharm could bring!
.......I hadnt realized Sinopharm was so huge ($40 billion/year revenue!!).........this is really starting to sound positive now....things falling into place nicely (and not before time). Im more confident now in commercial success than Ive ever been........it may even happen within the next 12mnts??
Danzx, did you sell at 2.3?
Interesting that this 29 October announcement from Blis had a media contact, for the first time as I recall it, suggesting Blis may be doing PR permanently now? https://nzx.com/companies/BLT/announcements/242953
This flurry of publicity could be the result of that. Several points then: Did Blis go down that road because they saw the need due to ongoing success? Or did they just think more publicity would help given the ongoing share price? Etc.
Either way, if we are to see ongoing PR coming out of the company, then that alone is a new permanent factor to consider.
Also, if the previous ODT article was actually an interview mentioning "profitable" in 2015 year, http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/indu...ill-March-2015 then that would be more than nothing, as the company reported a net loss of 1.8m for 2013. So, will the next report substantiate that, either by repeating the expectation, or giving expected figures? Or maybe it only meant operational profit, not net profit?
I think there's a risk that all the punters piling in to BLT at the moment might be disappointed when the half-year announcement is published. There wont be a profit for the last period - or for FY14.
Their willingness to hang on to their shares and sustain the SP will hinge around the commentary about commercialisation in general, the market in China in particular, and whether there is any guidance about the anticipation of a maiden profit. If all those stars are aligned then the possibility of a modest further gain in the SP is entirely possible.
Meantime it's hit 2.5 and I'm up 81.3% - happy holder!
Good point, Pierre. On the other hand, if they do predict profit for FY 2015 (if!) then that starts in 19 weeks from now. It's not a lifetime. Depends if they do announce that!
"profitable in the financial year to March 31, 2015." http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/indu...ill-March-2015
