Bought mine at 12c and wondered if I was missing something when the big seller kept dumping stock at 12c. Or was it the buyer keeping a lid at 12 c to snare the big line of stock?

I am in the same boat. I was buying at 12c and every time I bought shares even more shares kept coming to market at a 12c sell price. Little did I know that there was a parcel of 30 million shares about to be offloaded to Windhaven at 12c. Windhaven are already in the carehome business so they should know value in the sector when they see it.
Always good to see directors buying shares :

I just wished they had bought shares a week earlier. That would have given us time to follow the director's buying while there were still plenty on offer at 12 cents. There is now nothing on offer below 14 cents.
I put an order in yesterday for another 110,000 shares at 13.2 cents which was then above the last trade and above any other bid. Managed to pick up only 39 shares for $5.15 plus brokers fee of $29.90 - worked out to cost me 90 cents per share when commission is included!
There is no question of paying or not paying - the money is just deducted from the account. The essence of my post was the unfortunate timing of the directors deals just before the share price took off. The unfilled order was just an aside. (you might ask a survivor of the Titanic, apart from the sinking, what was the journey like)
I have to say Balance your comment is way out of order. This is a share trader/investor forum. The idea of such forums, to my mind, is to get ideas and feedback on possible investments. Have a look back on this thread. Between 27 Feb to 30 May I am the only person to have commented on RAD apart from SideshowBob who helpfully cut and paste a couple of NZX notices. On the 2nd of April I said this may be an opportune time to get in (the share price opened at 13c). On the 22nd April I said the shares appear significantly undervalued (the share price opened at 11.4c). As I write this, the bid price is 15.5 cents. Factoring in the 0.7 cent dividend paid on 16th May for those who followed my suggestion on 2nd April will have returned 25% in 2 months and those who followed my suggestion on 22nd April will have returned 42% in 6 weeks.
So I am the last person on this thread who should be criticised. Grow up and keep your comments constructive.
To be fair when the signs are there, new investor, directors buying then I,ve found its best to fill order by buying at market price
Otherwise it highly likely just another missed oportunity?
