Being one of the 'seniors', I can only caution all posters/readers to read everything with a big grain of salt and to learn to differentiate between those with sincere intent vs those with, shall we say manipulative intent.
And bear in mind that newbies on this site are not slow to heap abuse on anyone who attempts to steer them towards reasoned discussions based on past experiences!!!!!
Anyway, back to FBU - my principal reservation with the stock is the fact that FBU had enjoyed huge windfall profits in the last 3 years from their land bank and residential development division. That is now at an end and in fact, there's rampant discounting going on now to clear housing stock. This is infor from a very senior ex-FBU executive who was heavily involved in the division.
