For me, there are two reasons:
1. I don't really trust management to be upfront about what's going on. What is the point of making all these announcements without any useful details other than to pump up the share price?
2. We have no idea about the financial impact of any of these deals. They appear to be significant deals but we've got no way of knowing until financial reports are made available. They could just be hot air.
I'm still wary after the share price was pumped up immediately following the capital raise in December (I think). This may or may not have been intentional.
Trust needs to be earned and that takes time and results.
