Next, you could call the IKEA agreement a Pilot Programme (common in IT solutions), where IKEA get to test VMob's SaaS platform, analyse the results and draw some conclusions whether to roll into full production.
However, considering there is only 8 months to the agreement, in order to complete an implementation across 5 countries in three continents and conduct the Pilot Programme, then implementations must be able to be done very quickly and require virtually no in-country resourcing.
Better still is that the Pilot Programme is funded.
