Nice that we loyal shareholders get ours at $1.85 (changes hats) while the big boys pay $1.96.
I think I will chuck some change at them.
I'm into it and will participate.
One of my earliest purchases on the NZX and have done really well watching them grow over the years.
Will take the opportunity to add some more at $1.85.
Excellent looking acquisition. I know some of the villages involved, my Mum was at one and I have visited another. They are very low density, especially the Peninsula Club. They will add value through higher density and providing a care offer, some are independent living only. Discount to CBRE June 2021 valuation is impressive.
Underlying eps accretive in the mid teens is not to be sneezed at. You have to wonder a bit where OCA were in this process...
Some of the villages are quite old it has to be said.
Putting my hand up $1.96 in the placement and in the rights issue.
A pro-rata renounceable rights issue! I thought we'd never see one of these again. Bring it on!
:)
