I thought there was a thread for KTD. Is anyone following this? SP seems to drifting down the gurgler.

The $31,598,082 of intangibles shown as assets on their balance sheet is very questionable for a serial loss maker,as they have never produced a profit.
I believe wages etc as a % of revenue shows they are paying out founders etc too much.
I also believe they have had 3 capital raises,so I would think their future looks challenging.
Best to avoid them.
I also have doubts about another NZ company listed on the ASX .That is NZS..

I bailed near their all time high back in mid Sept 2018.

If you do enough trades then it is likely one will be 'perfectly timed'.

Another one is HVM.ASX

It's pretty disapointing how many nz companies are listed in Australia.

i went in at 0.29 , really deep in the red now, valuation seems cheap but there could be other underlying issues we are not aware about, and with the founder selling so much shares, short term it does not look good.

Am embarrassed to say what I bought at but more than 29c! Been reading comments on Hot Copper...doesn't seem to be anything positive going on for KTD

letting go now will be too painful , i m waiting for the ex founders to sell up before evaluating my next move. they do have potential though. Doesnt help that the whole sectors **** now either.

The charts of KTD,CLV,BUB,ATM and SML ,appear to have bottomed.
