What is the equivalent of a 10-K in new zealand or aus for that matter?
From wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Form_10-K), A Form 10-K is an annual report required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), that gives a comprehensive summary of a company's financial performance.
I fancied doing some light reading :), and wanted to know what the equivalent was in NZX.
My aim is to try and value a company. I am only starting out on my investment journey so not sure how I will do. I can't imagine it will be riviting stuff, but I am willing to have a go.
Or should I just get the annual report from the comany I am interested in looking at? example here for Augusta or Spark.
