Recently ex director Martin Berry sold most,or all of his holding.
Also the recent death of a ChCh investor has seen his holding in 2CC sold.He also had a large TRA holding,which I expect has also been sold.

are they in the top 20 , if so that could mean 500k - 5 mil too sell ?

No he was just out side the top 20.Although he often held shares in his own name,plus two finance companies he owned.
Therefore he could have had three holdings each of just under 400,000.
Also ex director Martin Berry has sold all or most of his holding.500,000.
